Our fleet operates out of Boston, so we're always close to your location.
We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you phone us, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own home. We're a family outfit, so when something isn't right, it falls on us, and we sort it out that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we show up. If anything falls behind, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.
We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you call us for removal.
Flat, stable ground that a service truck can reach, free of low-hanging wires and away from any digging.
We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
